1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "bk71", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to the bk71 online betting and casino platform operated at bk71.io.
• "You" or "Player" means any individual who registers an account on the bk71 platform or accesses the services provided thereon.
• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Player on the bk71 platform.
• "Services" means all products offered by bk71, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and any other gaming or wagering products made available on the platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, deposit match offer, or other incentive made available to Players by bk71.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process bk71 uses to confirm the identity, age, and payment ownership of a Player.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which bk71 processes transactions for players in Bangladesh.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all date and time references on the bk71 platform unless otherwise stated.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and bk71. By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any part of the bk71 Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to all provisions contained in this document, as well as bk71's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform from time to time.

If you are accessing the bk71 platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that individual to these Terms. bk71 reserves the right to require evidence of such authority at any time.

Your continued use of the bk71 platform following any amendment to these Terms will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. bk71 will endeavour to notify registered Players of material changes via email or in-account notification, but is under no obligation to do so in every instance.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the bk71 Services. bk71 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Where bk71 has reason to believe an account holder is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. If verification cannot be provided, the account will be permanently closed and any balance will be subject to review and possible forfeiture.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on the bk71 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are a breach of these Terms. bk71 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or winnings, and permanently ban the Player from the platform.

3.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to keep that information updated. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false information constitutes fraud and may be referred to relevant authorities.

3.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

bk71 is an offshore platform and does not operate under a local Bangladeshi gambling licence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the bk71 platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. bk71 makes no representation that its Services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction and accepts no liability for a Player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so may be restricted.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. bk71 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain appropriate security practices.

4.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your bk71 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bk71 support immediately via live chat. bk71 will suspend the account pending a security investigation. We cannot guarantee the reversal of transactions that occurred prior to the report being made.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bk71 is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires you to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. bk71 reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held until compliance is achieved.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bk71 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bk71 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may change over time. The current list of accepted methods is displayed in your account's deposit and withdrawal sections.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Limits may be adjusted by bk71 at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Third-Party Payments

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — including those belonging to family members or other individuals — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, bk71 reserves the right to void associated bets, reverse the deposit, and suspend the account pending investigation.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed only to accounts that have completed full KYC verification. For verified accounts, bk71 aims to process withdrawal requests to mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) within approximately 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. bk71 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees.

5.5 Currency

All transactions on the bk71 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bk71 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion that occurs outside the platform is the responsibility of the Player.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by bk71 are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions published at the time the promotion is offered. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses must be wagered the number of times specified before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are used in your account before real money balance unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• bk71 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics, or any form of collusion — is a breach of these Terms. bk71 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and suspend or permanently close accounts where abuse is identified.

6.3 Expiry

Bonus credits and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account without notice or compensation. Real money balance is not affected by bonus expiry.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placement and Acceptance

A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed in your account's transaction history. bk71 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure. Where such an error is identified, bk71 will notify the Player and reverse the affected transaction as promptly as possible.

7.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on cricket, football, snooker, and other sports are subject to real-time odds changes. bk71 uses automated systems and human oversight to manage in-play pricing. bk71 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Any bet placed during a period of market suspension will be voided.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all sports and markets. These limits are displayed on the relevant market or game interface. bk71 reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake restrictions at its discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are identified.

7.4 Payout Cap

A maximum payout limit applies per event, per market type, and per account. Specific payout caps are displayed within the relevant market. Where a winning bet exceeds the applicable payout cap, the payout will be limited to the cap amount and the excess will not be paid.

8. Casino & Games Rules

All casino games available on bk71 — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi; slot titles from NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pragmatic Play; and crash games including Aviator — are subject to the rules of the individual game as well as these Terms. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

bk71 does not control the Random Number Generator (RNG) software used by third-party game providers. All providers used on the bk71 platform are certified by independent testing laboratories. If a technical malfunction disrupts a game round, bk71 will apply the provider's official malfunction policy, which may result in the round being voided and stakes returned.

Game histories, including bet amounts, outcomes, and timestamps, are recorded by the relevant game provider and are available in your account's transaction history. These records constitute the authoritative record of each game round and supersede any client-side display.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk71 platform and may result in account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the bk71 platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.

10. Responsible Gaming

bk71 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. We provide the following tools to all account holders free of charge, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and block access for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bk71 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express written consent of bk71.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk71 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bk71 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other financial loss.

bk71 shall not be liable for any interruption, delay, or failure of the platform resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, third-party payment provider outages, DDoS attacks, acts of God, government actions, or other force majeure events.

Where bk71 is found liable under any cause of action, its total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bk71 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Amendments to These Terms

bk71 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at bk71.io/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

Where bk71 determines that an amendment is material, it will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via in-account notification or email. Your continued use of the bk71 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which bk71 holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through bk71 customer support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

In the first instance, all disputes should be directed to bk71 customer support via live chat. bk71 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and aims to provide a final resolution within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanisms available under the platform's operating licence.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law in your country of residence.
